The inspiration to start HirePlus came to the founder Har Amol when he came to Canada as a new immigrant and realised that in Canada, comapnies mainly focused in hiring experienced workers than taking bets on fresh graduates or new commers. He soon realised that even graduates from top colleges and universities had to struggle to find jobs in their field. Some would find something relevent, while many were left undiscovered. The concept of Campus Placements was sort of missing in which companies would come, test graduates on various parameters and would offer jobs. 

With inspiration to fix this gap, make great talent available to hiring managers not in form of leanthy and non intractive resumes, but through objective talent scores that help in decision making, Hire Plus is creating a pool of employable talent consisting of fresh graduates, new commers as well as professionals with 0-5 years of experience.
